Our Beef is sold by calf shares by flat rate per lb direct from our farm out of Gonzales, Texas
Wholes or Halves
Our calves produce between 170 to 200 lbs of beef. The exact meat weight will not be known until producing. We ask for a $1,000 deposit for a whole calf and $500 for a half.
If 200 lbs of beef is more than you need individually, consider a group purchase with friends and family.
Payment must be received before your meat is processed.
Your beef will be delivered fresh and iced and someone will need to be present on delivery.
On Farm Pick Up is available at no charge. We will need 4 medium ice chests or 2 big ice chests for the whole calf.
When the calf is processed, we take a final weight of all the meat you will be receiving and bill the remaining balance on delivery or pickup.
About half of the calf will be ground meat. For the rest simply, fill out the cut sheet below selecting what cuts you are interested in. Only make one selection per item.
We will review the cut sheet and then reach out with available dates of processing then once a date is set, a deposit invoice will be sent via square payable over your phone.
7 cubic foot freezer (which is about the smallest chest freezer available) will hold one of our whole calves
Please note our beef is 100% natural and chemical free grass fed and finished. The steak cuts (8 oz) and roast will be smaller size portions than the growth hormone ones found in supermarkets.
